The SAD500 Bill of Entry for Export (XE) gets framed on Compu Clearing and will be as accurate as the information received from the Bonded Sales Report.  The XE Export Entries are also linked to the Integrated system and are submitted to Customs on a weekly basis.

Once Customs have released the XE Entry electronically, BAC is required to make a further (manual) submission to Customs whereby we present a hard copy of the XE Export Entry together with the Bonded Sales Report (for acquittal purposes), within 30 days from the date of the XE release.  Customs review the Bonded Sales Report in conjunction with the XE Entry to satisfy themselves that all administration has been done correctly and accurately.
