No bonded goods are to leave the bond store without an XDP entry having been framed and submitted to Customs for payment (unless it is goods that are unaccounted for due to theft or shrinkage).  In this event, BAC will endeavour, by way of regular reconciliations, to bring duty/vat to account prior to a Customs PCI Inspection.
